I’m often denied the right to decide for me.

Add to that a disability, suddenly everyone’s entitled to think for me.

No room for my no’s, stop that’s, and don’t want’s

Only spoken over louder, incessant, and never stops.

How can I speak up for myself?

When setting boundaries creates a living hell.

They’d rather see me drown

than see someone disagree with themselves
